"Dear...My Mother / Mentor / Guardian Angel,

I remember when I connected with you, I was literally nothing.  I had lost hope in everything.  Goals and ambitions had gone.  

After serving my mission with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints...I remember after my mission, I did not have a place to stay because my parents passed away while I was on my mission.  The remaining relatives had to sell everything so they could compensate the things that was damaged during the accident and also pay the hospital bills and funeral services.

I was homeless.  I used to stay at church compound with no food sometimes, and no beddings at all.

After fasting and prayer for almost a week, I was guided to Mom Lori.  I call her mom because she helped me.  She gave me hope, love, and assurance.  She supported me.  She started giving me food, coaching me how to keep up with life.  She taught me how to be self-reliant by setting up a business for me.  Today I'm selling groceries.  She did not stop there.  She ensured I have shelter, food, and good medication.  Mother Lori...she is my rescuer Angel.  Today I can surely testify that God sent her to come and rescue me.  The Lord sent her to come take care of me after both my parents passed away.

She is kind, loving, patient.

One old man said and I quote "Madam Lori reminds me of Jesus Christ.  She is so kind, loving, and free to Give".  I have experienced her love in my life.  Through her, I was able to get a scholarship to go study at Brigham Young University Idaho USA.

Today, she's supporting 123 children in Kenya.  The Lori Landin Foundation has supported community and individuals with school fees, house rent, food, and paying medication.
